Brubaker Family + One on the way!

So many things I wish I could go on about before posting these photos.... like how Tiffany and I go way back to our childhood days. We rode the same school bus, and I loved the days where I could get off at her house to "hang out" until my mom picked me up (I recall making up dances, playing the piano and a really old 'lemonade stand' computer game - do you remember that Tiffany??). ANYWAY, fast forward a few years and Tiffany photographed my wedding -- which was just two years ago this past Monday :)

And now I am so, completely honored that she asked me to photograph HER beautiful family including Tiffany's perfect little baby-bump :)



It was a very foggy morning, which made for some pretty, hazy images :)









This is one of Tiffany's signature shots.... I don't think I was able to pull it off quite as well as her though ;)

The Pavelski Family | Eau Claire, WI Family Photographer

It amazes me how fast time flies by...how fast ONE YEAR flies by. And in that one year, how many things can change. Amazing.

Just one year ago, I was so very very new to photography and my good friend Dawn allowed me to practice my skills on her new baby boy, Evan. My how things have changed - in both their world AND mine!

Now Evan is running around, full of energy and full of smiles and laughs!!

He was VERY interested in my camera...


...and Evan loves his big brother!














Thank you so much Dawn for your support this past year - through many, many changes - you've been in my corner, cheering me on and helping me through what has certainly been the craziest year ever. I'm so happy to have captured these memories for you and your family - it's the least I can do. :) Love you!

The Gabay Family | Hudson, WI Family Photographer

A couple of weeks ago, I met up with my sister-in-law and her family in Hudson, WI. Unfortunately, just as we arrived at the location for photos - the clouds rolled in and it became cold and windy. We took a few, but then decided to have a "part two" the following weekend when we were all getting together again in Milwaukee.

Between the two "mini-sessions" I think we got some great shots! :)

Melissa and her son have such a loving relationship... It was a joy to watch them interact.

I met up with this adorable family not long ago at a local apple orchard. They were so great and I absolutely adore their outfits! Right down to the coordinating Chuck Taylor shoes - LOVE!!
